So that when logging a session you can choose from the kit you have in your 'garage', makes it more specific than "4.6-5.0" without stating the board or fin. Maybe rider weight would be a factor too..
Also means that we could see who has a Hot Sails Smack 5.3 (for example) and ask for opinion etc if we wanted to buy one.
Also, more details for the Spot.. what tides/wind direction/swell direction/swell height does the spot work in, what to avoid etc. Link to live wind if available, or windguru etc. |

This is partially address with the forum but a one page summary (like outlooktime table or something like that) will be great. So the other will know when and where the other windsurfers are going. This actually could be on the main deepfried website. |

So a daily/weekly digest option would be great. Or maybe there is one and I didn't find it!

I like that the most up-to-date comments and info are all in one place and don't like the idea that the session logs might take some users off the forums. I hope that they are designed to be integrated and complementary. In particular I would like to be able to log into Deepfried and get to the session logs - or see if there are any updates or new logs/comments - from the Deepfried home page. I think the best part of the NZ web-based windsurf community is the wgtn sessions forum on the Deepfried site! (Well done Chris - sorry I wasn't more active but you struck a period for me that had no wind, followed by time doing other sport (football) then injury (football!!) then holiday! Cheers. Nick. |
